I am very interested in buying an educational license for Vray Sketchup but we are a small school with limited budget. I was hoping to run this on two laptops but not at the same time i.e. learn the program at home then use it on another machine in the day (non commercially; just to render out student projects).
Is the license tied to a machine (in which case I am stuffed) or is it like some other software I have that validates its use online when you run it which would stop it being used on several machines?
It is quite an expensive option to have just at home and a struggle to get enough time with the machine at school so if it is not possible I may have to look elsewhere sadly. I have used Vray before (with trueSPace) and would really like to bring it into the class.
Any advice? (buying two licenses is not an option just now I'm afraid)
