    Re: Vfsk using CUDA

Not happening in the next year, I can say that much for sure. We aren't even able to run as 64bit in SketchUp yet. I'd say that would be a problem we'd tackle once we hooked up V-Ray Realtime.

Sk? Do you mean SketchUp (SU or SKP)?

We make V-Ray for SketchUp and V-Ray for Rhino, and I can safely tell you that CUDA won't be in V-Ray for SketchUp or V-Ray for Rhino within the next year. We've already planned out a good chunk of 2010, and CUDA isn't on the table. I can't really say what will happen in the years beyond that though. We are very interested and excited about CUDA, but we need to get a new version of V-Ray for Rhino out the door ASAP, and then we need to make sure our new core that we just rewrote, works the way was intended to work.

Vf3d's? Do you mean V-Ray for 3D Studio Max (Vf3DS)?

We don't make that product, so we can't answer that question. Ask the Chaos Group, they might be able to give you an answer about the 3DS plugin.
