Problem with new VrfSU "Waiting for thread Completion"

Hi
I'm trying out the new vray for SU and I have the following porblem
My scene is pretty big with quite a few materials so it takes some time to export the scene (from the time I press the render button). Same thing happened also to the previous version of vray so I think it's quite normal.

The problem is what with the new vray after the scene is exported and frame buffer and the Vray log comes out, it takes about 5-6 minutes to continue.
During those minutes the SU and tha frame buffer are on a not responding state according to task manager.
The last message on the log is "waiting for thread Completion"

Also during that time sketchup is running at 25% of cpu (on my quad core 1 thread only) and after that it goes to 100%

Any ideas what causes that problem?

I'd like to add that when I'm rendering an animation same thing happens between every frame.
Hit render button, wait for about 3mins
Then frame buffer comes up and on the log it says waiting for thread completion for about 4mins
then it renders first frame <3mins
then waiting for thread completion for another 4mins
renders next frame <3mins and so on
