license problems

I thought I had everything set up when installing the new version but apparently it was just a trial and now I get an error message when opening up sketchup "Please close sketchup and run the license configuration wizard"

So the only thing i could think to do is "Launch VRL Server" and that gives me a message "No Valid licens found. Use the product option to generate a license request"...but i dont know what that is or where to find it.

I purchased a license several releases ago and I hope to get this resolved asap because its putting a hault on some current projects. THank you

please contact authorizations@asgvis.com if you have an urgent licensing issue. The forums are where users talk to users, not where ASGvis talks to users or vice versa. Sure we're on here sometimes, but it's not where we look first.

I apologize...just wondeirng if any other users experienced a similar problem. But I contacted the advised link and will be waiting a response. Thanks for the quick response though
