Can I Transfer license to new machine??

Hi guys,

I was wondering if i can transfer my existing suvray license to a new machine as i have got a virus on the old one. has anyone successfully done this? when i try to use the license i get an error reading

"The Serial number has been used your maximum number of times, email
authorization@asgvis.com if this is a mistake."

Our IT department has done this, but it has been amonth now, and still no reply. We would also like to make this license a floating one so that this issue doesnt happen again.

It should have read "authorizations@asgvis.com" but in finding your message I have now set up a redirect. You should receive a response soon.
