  • Switching from Standalone to Floating License

When my company first bought V-Ray for SketchUp, they bought version 1.0 as a floating license to be installed on up to 6 computers. When we upgraded to VfSU 1.05.30, the floating license somehow became a standalone license. Since I was the only one in the office using VfSU, this wasn't a problem, but now some of my co-workers want to be able to use it without having to log onto my computer.

Does anyone know how to turn a standalone license into a floating license so that other computers in the office have the ability to use VfSU?
    I am currently using V-Ray 1.49.01.

Email ASGVis support - you can't convert the license yourself.
Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.

I kinda figured that was the case. Thanks for the heads-up!
