vray for sketchup

Hello guys, I had an issue about vray for sketchup. when i click the render button, the rendering buffer didn't appear anymore . It used to appear when rendering the same file.
Anyone encounter the same issue?>>>Please Help...Thank you...By the way i am using the latest version..
