i dont know how to make mirror texture by materiel editor with the new vray sketchup ( vray 1.48.66)

When you said mirror texture, you mean mirror material? If yes

1. Right click on "Scene Materials"
2. Select "Create Material"
3. Select "V-Ray Default Material"
4. Right click on the new material and select "Create Layer" and select "Reflection"

now you have a mirror material.
