Kelper - the link you provided is broken, try clicking it, it doesn't work. I'm assuming it's like the rest of the materials on that site though. If you just download the material from that site, you should be able to obtain the textures that are used in that material. If no texture images are supplied, it either uses a procedural texture, or the user forgot to bundle the texture with the material.

This question has been asked many times on this forum. I can't emphasize enough, that we are not compatible with .mat files, we won't be any time soon either As such, that website (www.vray-materials.de), which hosts a huge and quite wonderful collection of v-ray materials, are not compatible with our plugin, because all of their materials are for 3D Studio Max, and use the .mat extension.

        Ok,

This is the material and was made exactly as you say by procedural texture. If any way to replicate this material for Sketchup?....

        Thanks...

If you can find out what the settings are, you should be able to enter the same values in our material editor to get that result. The trick is figuring out what those values are. The only way that I know of, that will let you see what the settings of a .mat file, is to load it in to 3D Studio Max. If any users out there have a copy of 3D Studio Max, maybe they can tell you what to set to achieve this result.
