Affect Shadows for SketchUp for MAC

I made every step suggested in the PDF manual but the "Affect Shadows" (Refraction Dialog Box) are missing... Any suggestion, please? Thanks a lot

Yes, I cheked it and all the others but...nothing.
The dialog boxes represented in the PDF manual are just a little bit different by mine, but I think it is not the problem.

I'm confused to what the problem is...

You do see that checkbox there? But it does not appear to do anything?

Can you post a screenshot or sample model?

Absolutely correct. If I render a green glass panel, I only can see the grey shadows instead the green one.
(no, I've no Flickr or similar to post the screenshot).

In your opinion I've to write to ASGVIS support?

Yes you could do that.

you dont need an account to upload images to IMAGESHACK. An account makes it possible to have your own folders, etc... but even without one, you can upload images and get the URL code to post them on forums.
