Help me with Rendering

I am just new to VfSU and I am learning it slowly slowly. I've modeled a B&W CM9 floorstand speaker in Sketchup and trying my best to render it to its real appearance but without success.
I've uploaded the model and kindly asking everyone to give it a try and show me the result and settings used. The actual photo of the speaker is included in the zip file.

This is what I got after rendering the scene and without modifying any thing. But this is not what I am looking for, I am looking for a realistic image output.

sorry i forgot to tell u that u have to load a hdri in ur scene for lighting, seems like the reflections i added r gone too, first thing try to load a hdri
