    Re: Dusk Rendering Advice?

    Hi

I rendered my first sunset / dusk image recently.
    http://forum.asgvis.com/index.php?topic=8305.0

I used nomeradona_exterior.visopt which you will find in the download section.

Change the time of day in SU.
Go to Options-Environment-Change the colour in the GI slot to as red/orange (if you want a sunset)
I also played around with the camera settings.

I did alot of test renders to eventually come up with what I wanted.

    Hope this helps

    Jonathan

Time wise depends on where you are and what month it is.

The render I did was: New Zealand, Wellington, 5:45 June (winter down under)

I just did loads of test renders. Every 15 mins at dusk time made a big difference to the light.
