help please vray for sketchup _ PNG IMAGE

Im using Sketchup version 7.1, the rendering is great but I have only one problem, when I render the house the palm trees appears with black rectangles, the palm trees are PNG images so I dont know what's wrong...

He made a small tutorial for a glass block but it works if i understand your problem correctly the same as you have with your trees.

if that post doesn't help, try posting a render. This is a forum, if you discuss the issue you're having publicly on here, then you will be able to get input from the entire community. If you just post your email address, you'll be limited to whoever is brave enough to send you an email (it's dangerous these days, viruses, spam, scams, etc). Use the link below to download the pdf manual for new features of vray for SU by Fernando Rentas... and go to page 24 of the pdf manual and check out the alpha transparency topic..may be it will solve your problem....
