  • i'm having problem with vray 1.48.xx

hi, im a newbie in vray, i used to use vray for sketchup 7, but when i tried to use vray 1.48.xx (i've tried 1.48.66; 83; and 89) but i found same problem when i use it. i can't change some parameter in vray option such as : transp cutoff, sec.ray bias, antialiasing filter size, face level, min leaf, displacement amount, all of environment parameter, etc.
i'm using windows 7 64bit, when i'm using vfs7 there's no problem like that,,,would someone tell me what's going on? is the problem came from my windows..or i'm just a stupid newbie in vray...? ??? and how to fix that? would someone help me please...
    thx

Does the problem only happen with SketchUp 6? 8? We know that the 8 beta does not work at all.

the forums are great for getting help from other users. If you want anyone at ASGvis to respond in a timely manner though, I would suggest using our support resources: http://software.asgvis.com/index.php...182&Itemid=480

or shooting an email off to support@asgvis.com

I have seen some odd issues occur when using a non english version of windows, but our testers informed us that those bugs had been resolved. I'm not sure what else could be causing this off the top of my head. The error log may have some clues, but I still recommend contacting our support department.
