Trouble Installing Demo VRay For SketchUp on Mac OSX

Using Mac Pro Duo Quad Core 10.6.4. Simply trying to demo the VRay for SketchUp on the Mac OSX. Cannot get passed the first setup window in the setup wizard - locks up - ball spinning. Tech support ticket opened but no response so far from the VRay Tech Team. I run Rhino3D with Flamingo and Maxwell on the Windows XP side of my machine but really want to stay on the Mac side for Sketchup and try this product.

I'm having the same problem with the demo of vray for sketchup. MacBook Pro i7
Can't get past the initial install - spinning ball only.......

No response yet from tech????

not on the forums, no. We do support via a ticketing system and email, not the forums. The forums allow users to talk to one another, collaborate and share information. We try to do some support through the forums when we see a question that can easily be addressed, but troubleshooting is usually done through email/ticketing system.
