Is there anyway to install both the 1.48.90 and 1.05.30 versions at the same time and switch each on and off? I have had some issues opening older projects in the 1.48.90 version and it totally kills my workflow. Basically it destroys 75% of my SU materials and replaces them with a default gray. This is painful. I have upgraded to the new version several times but have had to downgrade when I work on these older files. It would be amazing to be able to have both installed where I can switch to the old version when needed. Sounds like I might be able to use Vray Toys and Extensions to enable/disable but I dont know if you can have both versions installed at the same time???

Re: Switcheroo between both versions???
I don't think you can have both installed at the same time, but I haven't tried it in a long time. The best way to find out is to give it a try. If there's a bug loading old scenes... please let us know so we can fix it! Join The Mighty Bug Hunt!: http://forum.asgvis.com/index.php?topic=7679.0
As far as we knew, there were no upgrade issues, so this is news to me.Best regards,

Re: Switcheroo between both versions???
I actually was taking part in the bug hunt starting around the .78 or so version. Everytime a new release came out, I hoped to see the material bug fixed but no avail. It happens with SU files created previous to the new version being installed where the texture RGB values were editted directly in SU Materials UI. I do this often with siding and roofing color studies. When opened in the new version of Vray it just turns the material gray and removes the texture map altogether. This really was my main reason for going back and forth to the the older version. Well that and the issues with the Frame Buffer UI, but I think you guys resolved that a few releases back. Thanks for the hard work!
