IM doing some comercial renders but, i still fightning with null materials i have hide evrething i did use remove material ruby what its going on.

Dave,
I know this takes some time, but maybe try to copy-paste your scene (without materials assigned) to a new file.
After that, redefine your global settings.
Then, insert material by material, always save every step you take until the problem appears again (if it does) - then load the old save and redo the material from scratch.
