question about presets

from the versio 1.05 to 1.48.89, is the old presets oficially uncompatible with the new version?
because the version 48.89 didn't come with any visopt files. only one.

i tried to use the old visopt files with the new version and had no success. i also observed that the color mapping doesn't work the same way. exponential doesn't work for me anymore.

i'm tryng to rework my visopt files because they don't work the same way anymore. the same for my rectangular lights

and now i'm having trouble with low, medium, high. presets.
i would like to now how to create a low to high preset from scratch.

it is hard to work with the new vray when the old visopt files doesn't have the same effect as the older versions.

man, i have the same problem...
at least, vismats do work...
it would be fine if we could have both versions installed at the same time... so we can compare and learn...
i have 2 pcs, and as i just installed the newest version in one of them, i have to go to the other one to compare settings, ans try to understand what i don't

they're supposed to work, so it looks like there's a bug with .89. I'll ask the testers if the latest beta version has the same issue
