This is a stone texture with displacement. First i've already try to subdivide my texture to render, but it doesnt work.
Please could you help me to disappear this white points who appear when rendering .

Do you have clamp output and subpixel enable? (Color maqpping rollout)

Basically "clamp output" allow you to clamp the color to certain value. In term of color don't let you go further than the value that you have in clamp level.
Subpixel determine if the color mapping will be applied to the pixels or to the individual sub-pixel samples.
If you want to create a 32 bit image you have to disable the clamp output in order to get more range on the color pixel.

How do you then deal with burned spots like that?
Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.

That is a good question. Usually when you have a big image you have more pixel to define those area and with a good anti-aliasing solution. Let enable subpixel.
