  • refraction and PNG problem

Hi everyone, I have a problem with refraction layer in glass material when I save the image in .PNG.

I'm trying to edit it in photoshop, and I want to put a background, thats why I need to have a .PNG file, but the windows are not transpatent with refraction layer, but when I delete the refraction layer and only leave the reflection layer the windows are transparent and I can see the background.

Any way to meke the windows transparent with refraction layer?

    Thanks.

    Re: refraction and PNG problem

Let the refraction layer in the material and enable the option call "Affect Alpha" This option make the glass transparency, so you can add or change your background in PS. If you use only a reflection layer you will not have the affect alpha option.
