Vismat Converter

HI,

Any idea how to convert .mat file to .vismat file. I'm using sketchup and dont know about 3D max. Any suggestion will be highly solicited. thnx.

the .mat format isn't an open format, it's proprietary. There isn't a conversion tool that directly converts the .mat to a .vismat. I wrote a really basic exporter plugin for max a couple years ago, but it hasn't been updated since the day it was released, and it only exported extremely basic information. I think you're better off just writing down the settings and making the material manually.
