how can i do this kind of render

Hi, i'm student in architecture and beginning user of vray. I've done few good renders with texture and light, but now I want to use better lights settings in my model. Texturing is not very important for me, because at school the teachers want a little bit more abstract image.

Please , how can i do to render this kind of image ?

you can do it in PS

load the image is PS
-make a new copy of that layer
-hit ctrl+L (on windows) and the levels dialogue will pop up
-adjust the black scroll to the right until the whole image is burned
-select filter>blur>gaussian blur with 4-6px on its setting
-finally, set this layer on "screen" blend mode

look for the basic interiors for rhino. it also applies in vray for sketchup.
