where do I find the error log?

Hey.... been a while since I used vray for SU. I'm trying to render a scene, it started and stopped somewhere and told me something about the TEMP folder. Can't remember exactly what. Anyway I'm trying to render again but after processing the scene it just stops. It doens't even show me the frame buffer. So I tried to reboot, but still no luck. Then I noticed I didn't have the latest version. So just installed it and tried to render again. Now I got this message:

We have encountered error(s) while trying to render. Please check the errors log for more details.

Anyone can help?

Oke so I just went on making the scene, now I'm starting a render again and now it works.
Still would like to know what could have been the issue though.

Now I had the problem again ???

on a side note: I do use materials which are made with 1.05.

oke I now tried to render with the 'default settings' and this works. Does this mean I can't load any visopts from the previous version?

still no luck.... can someone please help?
It can't be the memory either.... it hits about 1 gig, while I have a 64 bit machine with 4 gigs of RAM.

I just tried to render an old scene made with vray 1.05.30 and this didn't render in the new version. It used to render fine with the old version.

oke I just regenerated all vray materials and then it renders fine again.
When I apply 1 bump map to a brickmaterial it doesn't render anymore.
When I disable the bump map it renders fine ???

oke I applied the bump again and now put the amount at 0,1 and it renders fine again.
