Problem vray with waiting loading file

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS A METHOD FOR DELETE THE WAITING WHEN I OPEN A FILE IN SKETCHUP WITH VRAY!!
I saw that the problem is due to materials, but the wait is truly over, sometimes even 15 minutes.

I have the last version of vray (1.48.83) , sketchup 7 pro and MacPro 2x2.66 Ghz Dual-Core Intel Xeon with 7 gb 667 Mhz DDR2 FB-DIMM

Latest public version of VfSU is .89

15min seems all too long - how large is the file? Filesize? Face count? Material count?

Update to the latest version - see if the issue persist. If it does - submit the file to ASGVis support so they can look at it.

ok! thanks.
i downloaded and installed the file but the issue there is still!
I'm trying to open the file and there is still standing to load from 15 min!
ok the loading file is complete after 17min but there was a surprise!! I tried to click on windows Plugins-Vray-Material Editor and sketchup is crash!

The file size is 30Mb, and the 3d is very simple file with simple face. The Material are few, about 20, and there is some lights but on hidden layers.
I have mac osx 10.5.8

I thinks the problem does't depend to file but I think it depends on a few bugs!!
If you want, i try to send you a file for anayze it! How can I do?

Please help me,
I bought this program but daily I can not work!

P.S. There is another bug with the vray plug-in. When I open any windows of Vray can not select immediately, but I have to select another window of another program and then reselect the vray window!

Send it to ASGVis support. Sounds like something they should look into.
