Problem with rendered result in vray sketchup

Hi guys, I have a problem in rendered image and don't know how to fix it. I don't know if my vray setting is correct but I usually use default settings, and I'm quite happy with the result, until I found this problem. The rendered structure is too dark or sometimes completely black, but the lights and background are just fine and normal, and the rendering was like forever. Before, it took 30 min or less in 1280x980 resolution but now it took 4hrs to render the 640x480 resolution image. And I know it's not in the materials because most of the materials on the structure are white. But the result is black. Please help me guys as soon as possible, I have a deadline next week. Any suggestions or reply would be appreciated. Thank you so much and have a great holiday.
