First off, please excuse the double-posting, but AFAIK this applies equally in VfSU and VfRhino. I've been running non-stop tests for 4 hours now trying to achieve GI using HDRI combined with V-Ray sun shadows (which was possible in "old" VfSU by applying a 0.9999 blend ratio to balance the HDRI intensity against the V-Ray sun). I swear I've tried everything, but can't achieve anywhere close to the same results as in my old blended GI visopts: shadows become extremely soft and turbidity/ozone colouring completely oversaturates/burns the scene . Has anyone else tried this in the beta? If you got it to work like it did in old V-Ray, can you explain how, i.e. GI intensity, blend ratio, etc?
