i think your back ground image is not positioned right, seems too high. I think in those tutorials by andeciuala he speaks about using the guide tool to position the horizon properly.

Just my thought.... keep up the good work

well, yeah, of course there's a lot to improve, but this is looking much better with more ilumination. still i think you need to improve some of the lamps, i don't know what you did there, but some of them are turned off

                  Re: My Firts Post Render

Are you using emissive material to produce the illumination or you are using a real light source (rectangular light, spotlight, omni light or IES) ? I ask you, because I can see some light leaking and splotchiness on the wall. If you are using emissive material, try to reduce the intensity of the material and support the illumination with one of the light types that I mentioned.

                  Best

                        Re: My Firts Post Render

                        Really nice.
                        Few things:
                        1. Background still looks a bit unreal. I would play with gamma in photoshop for a few more minutes. With room so bright (on a second picture) mountains should be overexposed.
                        2. Light fixtures are obviously unfinished.
                        3. These two windows on the right wall have very chip glass in them
                        4. Coffee table legs don't look like metal for some reason. Try using chrome.

                        ----
Also on the right side you have this chest of drawers (picture 2) and some of them are open, bottom right drawer seem to have handle way too high, usually it's at least 2 or 3" from the top of the drawer front (for this specific handle kind). But to be honest I would just close all these drawers coz instead of adding depth they are adding mess. But that's just me.

                              basically handle should be lower.
