How to make sun light effect in post production

i wanna know how to make the sun light rays like this please, if anyone know how to in photoshop

Some of the lighting affects are added with plug-ins to photoshop (i.e Knoll Light Factory) however other can be achieved using FILTER>RENDER>LENS FLARE or LIGHTING EFFECTS

other options:

Using a highly opaque white(ish) layer(s) and be clever with a brush/mask

When rendering it always comes down to good lighting post or pre render, its what captures the eye.
