Vrimg to exr convertor for mac

Is there a Vrimg to exr convertor for mac? I found the one for windows( and .exe file) but can't seem to find a mac version.

not at the moment, and I believe the one for PC is broken with this latest build. You can render directly to an .exr though.

This may be a symptom of using the academic version but I am unable to render out to exr through the render output or V-Ray Raw image file from the output dialogue box. All other formats, png, jpg, ect show up, but no exr's. I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly....

You have to set it in the Render Options under Output
