  • Texture/image tiling?

Hi, I would like to know what are the settings to do when you create a material so that the image (texture) does not tile?
I'm trying to put a material for a tv with emissive layer but my picture is repeating all over even if I uncheked "tile"....
    thank you

You need to edit the texture position in sketchup. See this link for thomthom's handy tool to fit a map to a face.

Yes, it's normal. None of the plugins on the sketchucation forum are default sketchup plugins. You have to install them yourself as you need them. That's just how things are set up with SU.

          Re: Texture/image tiling?

I've installed the plugin but i have this error message : no such file to load -- TT_Lib2/core.rb .
but the file is where it's recommended. is there any other way to achieve what i'm trying to?

You have to download and extract two archives, not just one.

pluggins.... if my understanding is correct, your tv is too small for your screen size...? Just right click on the texture and re-size it to fit using the red, yellow, blue and green positioning tools.

I hope ive understood your problem correctly.... but knowing how to do something in native SU first is important rather then rely on pluggins,

              kind regards
