absurd reflection issue

how can i solve this issue that is killing me?
everything even complex scenes are working perfectly besides reflection

i am using standard settings and standard materials in vray 1.48.89

i tried for hours to tweak with parameters and use high quality settings but same result only smaller dots. any idea?

it used to render fine in older versions

ok it seems to be the the light cache method for secondary engine which seems just not to work!!!
the dmc renders fine. maybe somebody can explain me why?

you could also check your option for reflection depth. What is it set to?

it is set to max depth 2
and max transp levels to 50

i did try to tweak these guys too but with no result

shouldnt it be enough anyways to see a simple reflection?

ok it's the "use for glossy rays" checkbox in the light cache reconstruction parameters. possible nobody had the same problem?

To avoid the Light Cache sampler on the glossy reflection when you use "Use for glossy rays" we need and option called "Retrace threshold". This option improve the precision of the GI specially when you have light leaking or glossy reflection error. I'm not 100% sure if we have this option,because I'm at home and I have no V-ray here.
