  • What os saved in a VISOPT

I have saved out a .vispot file but it doesn't seem to save all settings. What exactly is saved in a vispot? My environment settings do not seem to save the mapping to the HDRIs I use. It seems to revert to using SkyTex - is this on purpose?

It's supposed to contain all of your render options. I have heard some mixed reports saying that something odd was going on there. Is there anything else missing, or just the environment mapping?

Yes, seems to be just the environment. It replaced a mapped HDR with TextSky but kept all the other settings (ie BG was set to 1.3)

I also just noticed that if you click Load Defaults, it will not change the environment settings to the default, it just keeps the settings you have.

yeah, that button just loads a visopt, so it's the same problem
