registration of vray on mac

I am working on mac with Vray for sketchup. I runned the licence manager and licenced my vray. However some days later vray just said that my trial is over and that i have to register. If i run the licence manager again it just says my serial is already in use. So i think that has to be cancelled but I don't get any reply from support@asgvis.com or authorizations@asgvis.com already for weeks!
I really need the program soon so I really don't get it why I don't get any answer.
Anybody know what to do?

nobody answered you from authorizations@asgvis.com for weeks?... All emails from that account are replied to within 1 business day, are you sure you didn't have a typo when sending the email?

I checked again and I spelled it right. very weird. I'll try to send with a different e mail adress, maybe something blocks my e mail adress or something.

You should receive a reply email after sending a message to authorizations@asgvis.com. You should have a ticket number in the subject and body of that email, are you not receiving a reply email?

It worked! So stupid I've been waiting so long for an e mail that never arrived there!
Anyway, I'm very happy that it worked out after all.
Just weird that my mails of my other e mail adress didn't come through, indeed I didn't get any automatic message back with the ticket number when I sent those e mails.
