VRay and Adobe Photoshop CS5 conflict?

Is anybody else having this problem: When I try to render when Adobe Photoshop CS5 is open, VRay gives an error and doesn't render anything.

Do you have any of the materials open for editing? Could there be a conflict in the TEMP folder somehow? Running out of memory? Just a few thoughts. Have you looked at the vray error log?
