i need help with floor tiles

the lines between the tiles are smudged and blurry - is it the quality ?
are there good hight quality itles online ?

please help

You should fine a better texture. We have a couple tiles material in our download area or simply go to cgtextures.com and make your our material using one of their texture.

you should make the divisions on the model and then subtract them in the floor surface.
