license server on a flash drive ?

I use a portable which I frequently use in situations without internet connection and a desktop, I hoped that there was a way to have the license server on a flash drive as if it where a dongle...

anybody knows a way to have a usb flash drive do that, or otherwise an option to have to swap simply they drive from one computer to the other to be able to use vray on that machine ???

Are you asking about using the license back and forth on only two computers or more then that?

We sometimes make an exception to allow you to install your seat of V-Ray on A desktop and A laptop which would solve what I think is the problem here. Contact vraysketchup@chaosgroup.com with your serial number and a word about what you want to do if that is the case and we can work it out there.

If you want to be able to toggle the license quickly back and forth between 2 desktops or more then two computers total that is not possible. The pen drive thing is out too I'm afraid.
