I have a License for V-Ray for SketchUp. I continue to have license problems. I had one copy installed at work and one copy installed at home. After installing a new motherboard and upgrading to Win 7 the copy at work ceased to function, I would get a you do not have a valid license fro V-Ray, run the license wizard... Running the wizard would not allow this to be reactivated. So I started running renderings at home. Last week I put a new CPU in and now V-Ray will not run. This is REALLY irritating. Does every little change to the machine crash the license????? Can this be avoided by using hardware keys? My software was download from ASGvis and I was not given the option for a hardware key.

Hello,
Note that the software license depends on the hardware, our plane is to use a hardware key for V-Ray for SketchUp.
Please send us your V-Ray serial number to support@chaosgroup.com
