Depth of Field - focus button

Can someone confirm the units for 'override focal distance'? Previously they were in inches regardless of model units - is this still the case?

Also, how does this relate to the newly added 'set focus button'? What value does this button affect?

Yes, the units are still in inches.

As far as I can tell, the set focus button takes place of this when you have the override turned off. Don't remember off-hand what happens if you have the override turned on.

I did a bit of mucking around and came to the same conclusion.

It seems the 'set focus button' does do the same thing as 'override focal distance', but it doesn't appear anywhere or anything.

I must say it is nice to be able to click on a spot and have the focus shift! That always puzzled me with previous version... 'override focal distance' is off, so where is my foucs!?
