  • One part to light

    Hello
I wanted to take a picture of this kitchen wish I have done before but I wanted to have it in another size. This time however the part over the kitchen became really light, anyone have an idea what the reason could be? I do have some spotlight in the ceiling but not right over the shelf.

It sounds like that could be the problem but I can't find any material on the backside of the wall and also saw that the lamps is turned of so it's the only thing that's light up the room. Here is two other pictures where there I haven't add any light source

I would try debugging: clear texture cache and force sync all materials. If that doesn't work, delete all the materials and bring them back in one at a time to see if a particular one is the culprit. If you have any lights in the scene, delete them.

How do I clear texture cache and force to sync materials? To delete all materials is out of question as its a big model with over 200 different texturs that I don't want to add again. Luckily I have save the file as a new file every day with the days date as part of the name. Because of this I was able to go back to an old file, copy in the changes I had done and then render again without any problem with light. However, it would be interesting to know what is wrong and how to solve it if it happens again.
