Black Glass

I am doing a first, clay model, render of an interior with a standard sun outside and a light portal on the inside of the window. The standard Vray glass is rendering black. Any guidance on the subject appreciated.

Hello grain,

make sure your glass is a solid object and not a single polygon (i.e. a thin box and not a plane.)

Hi Ben,

Thank you for your reply. Interestingly before I read your post I redraw the glass with another unextruded sheet and after applying the standard Vray glass texture is now worked. (Not sure what to conclude from that but thanks for your suggestion)
