  • Don't get the sky when I save the image

When I render a 360 panorama I can see the blue sky and the sun but if I save the image it doesn't come with the picture, any idea what can be wrong?

Here is a photo of the screen after the render.

And this is how the saved photo look

    Hi vicke50,

When you save a .png file it automatically includes the image alpha channel (the sky in your case has black alpha).
Keep in mind that most image-viewing/editing applications use this alpha as transparency.
It is assumed that you don't want to see the sky and rather intend to compose the image on a different background.
To avoid that you can save your image as a .tif file for example, load it in Photoshop and the sky will be visible. The alpha channel will be listed in the channels list for later use.

Additionally we'll add some options to control the output image alpha in the upcoming 3.6 version.
You will be able to auto-save .png files that have the background visible when loaded in Photoshop for example, with an option to save out a separate file with the alpha.

    Regards,
    Konstantin

Thanks, don't use Photoshop at the moment so don't have any use for it but maybe later.
