Will VRay for SU recognize multiple GPU cards? If I go to tools - GPU selection, it shows both cards selected, but in the render settings under engine, it only shows one of them.

Hello, Matthew,
Could you please send an email at support@chaosgroup.com with the following info:
1. Is the second GPU only occasionally missing from the GPU list?
2. When you render with the illustrated setup, what is the resource usage of each device?
3. Please do a test render and save the full progress log to file. Additionally, please save a test .vrscene file, then render it in V-Ray Standalone (use -rtengine=5) and save the progress log to file as well. Attach both logs to the email.
Kind regards,
PeterPeter Chaushev

In V-Ray 3.6 for SketchUp the progress log is accessible through the small square button at the bottom-right corner of the VFB.
The Standalone log is printed directly in the command window. Let me know if you need any assistance!
Kind regards,

I've logged a note to add a shortcut for Standalone in the next build.
To access it, simply create a new Shortcut anywhere you want. The creation process will prompt you to add a location, use C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /k vray.exe . Name the shortcut any way you wish and after you're done open its properties to make sure you have the following paths:
Target: C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /k vray.exe
Start in: "C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\V-Ray for SketchUp\extension\vrayappsdk\bin"
Once done, you can run it and type in "vray", add an interval and "-scenefile=", then drag&drop a .vrscene file and press "Enter" to render any .vrscene file.
For the tests I requested, please add " -rtengine=5" at the end of the line to initate GPU render. It should look like this: vray -scenefile=C:\Users\Peter\Desktop\house.vrscene -rtengine=5
Kind regards,
