Render Region Tool

1 - I would like to be able to select my render region within the sketchup window prior to rendering anything.
2 - I would like to be able to select and render multiple regions in one pass
3 - can a render region match the auto exposure and auto WB settings of the entire image prior to rendering the regions?

This is possible. We just have to think about the workflow a little bit.
I'll log it as a feature request but can not guarantee if and when it'll be done.

2 - I would like to be able to select and render multiple regions in one pass

This has been discussed multiple times and is certainly a nice feature to have.
However, there are some technical and UX challenges associated with it.

3 - can a render region match the auto exposure and auto WB settings of the entire image prior to rendering the regions?

Your best bet to achieve this would be to do a test render of the entire image and apply the exposure before rendering the regions.
