    I would like the Decal function to be inserted into the .vrmesh file​

    Hi alexpacio2015,

    This is never going to become possible since the vrmesh file contains only mesh data and knows nothing about the materials or decals projected onto the surface.
    I'd recommend you save your model as a SketchUp Component instead.
    This way you'll be able to import the mesh, materials and the Decal in another project.
    Note that texture file paths might be tricky to handle in this case.
