  • Light bulb preset menu in emissive layer/omni light dialog

It would be nice to have a standard light bulb menu as an alternative to intensity/color, to speed up the adding lights to a model process.
The menu would have to include correct light color and intensity presets to match the most popular commercial lights.
For example you could have a menu to select color:
    - incadescent
    - halogen
    - fluorescent
and a menu to select light power to match the most common commercial light bulbs:
    45, 60, 90, 120 watts for incadescent and halogen
    7, 9 , 11, 18, 23, 27 watts for fluoresceent light bulbs

i would actually be delighted if VfSU could incorporate IES lighting! there are tons of IES lights available from various lighting companines for download! another advantage would be that these lights would contain all the info and hence no need to meddle with settings!

We probably won't put in a drop down menu, but we should have the option for photometric units in VfSU pretty soon. Once thats in there, you should be able to input those settings fairly easily...not as quick as a drop down menu, but it would get the job done. IES lights shouldn't be too far behind, but I'm not sure what the status of those are.
