Toon is on the list of features to add for the next full release. Fur is probably much less likely, since it requires significant dealings with geometry. Both in regards to advanced geometry processing from SU and creating the geometry on our own end. Considering how reliable SU with telling us about geometry, the first part of that is definitely a considerable challenge. Also, I'm not sure what the current capabilities are of V-Ray Fur in terms of what is offered to us through the V-Ray SDK. At the moment, I don't believe its in there which would mean we don't even have the option of using it. Lastly, the UI for adding such a feature would be an undertaking as well, mostly visualizing the fur in the viewport which I don't believe there would really be a way to work out at the moment. Sorry for the less than uplifting news on that one.

Yea about, although I think there are other things on the books before the toon stuff gets attention (proxies, UI...) but a year is what we're shooting for.

UI = User Interface...basically referring to what you guys see and how you guys work with a given program (in this case VfSU).
