be cool to have ready to use objects.

Is there a library of objects which are used very often, like cars, windows, doors, plants, computers, furniture, household equipment, appliances, decoration pieces etc, with ready to render V-ray materials applied, so we can just place them in the scene and render without bothering much abt their materials, reflections n stuff... it'd save loads of time.. I know there are sites that let u download all the above mentioned models, but working on applying materials to them is again a task .. if i've to add a car to a scene and render, i'd have to apply materials to the wheels, tyres, body, windsheild, lights etc etc etc.. once i do that, i'd save the object and use in other scenes too...it'd be cool to have a repository of material ready models..!
