It'd be nice to have a Light Manager. A window that lists all lights in the scene. The list also display properties for the scenes that can be changed. Mass editing of lights. (Select multiple lights, change a property and that property then applies to all selected objects.) List filtering to quickly locate the lights you want. (Maybe even create sets.)
