Color bleading is a very natural thing...its just a matter of whether or not its desired in your rendering or not. Anyway, the V-Ray Override Material will allow for separate materials to be used for GI, Reflections, Refractions, and Shadows...so this would be what you would use to manage color bleeding in a given situation. We should be adding that in our next Major release.
In the meantime, I use the trick of precalculating all of my GI solutions (IR&LC) with a different material, saving those, then replace the material and render with the saved solutions. This is a good work around for color bleeding at the moment.
