  • VraySunAndSky Azimuth Issue

    Hi,

When editing the vray sun/sky system in unreal, when you hover over azimuth the tool tip says values range from -180 to 180. But it won't allow me to enter anything below zero. So i entered a value of something like 260 to replicate what the correct negative value should be the results were very strange. The sun built in the correct position but the skylighting baked in as if the sun was coming from the opposite direction. Seems kind of like a mistake.

    Thanks!

Yes, thank you for pointing that out. The tooltip is incorrect and we will fix it for future versions. In the current current build you can only enter values from 0 to 360. Another note here, the tooltip fo Elevation is also misleading: Value ranges from 0-180(0-90 North Hemisphere, 90-180 south hemisphere). If you enter values higher than 90 you will get strange behavior in the sky. We will also fix this in future builds.

Can you post screenshots for that? I couldn't reproduce what you described.

    Best regards,
